Your Role

 

As our Group & Sales Manager, you will be essentially responsible to develop new group business, look after existing key accounts, oversee group bookings, build client & supplier relationships, and ensure exceptional guest experiences by working closely with the reception and marketing teams.

Our 2025 objectives include expanding our group business with corporate stays, team building groups, special interest groups and local events, positioning Chateau Morritt as the ideal destination for any corporate event or family holiday.

  

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Sales Leadership

  • Establish and maintain relationships with OTAs and tour operators nationally and internationally and corporate enterprises.

  • Manage key accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities.

  • Attend industry events to promote Château Morritt and grow market presence.

 

 

Strategic Planning

  • Collaborate with the in-house marketing team to design and implement sales strategies that maximize revenue and ensure on-brand messaging across all channels.

  • Analyze market trends to refine sales approaches and remain competitive.

  • Leverage digital marketing, including social media and email campaigns, to drive engagement.

 

Client & Partner Engagement

  • Develop partnerships with tourism organizations, local businesses.

  • Secure group and event bookings while building lasting client relationships.

  • Negotiate contracts and ensure profitable relationships with suppliers.

 

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with reception and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.

  • Represent Château Morritt at public events, trade shows, and industry gatherings.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the reception team, fostering collaboration and accountability.

 

Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate sales reports and forecasts to support informed decision-making.

 

 

What We’re Looking For

 
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in hospitality sales with established contacts & relationships.

Flexibility on working hours and days

 

Skills:

  • Bilingual in French and English, with exceptional communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Initiative and creativity

  • Able to work alone or in a team

  • Experience in digital marketing and sales platforms.

  • Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellence.
